Scaffolding plank - also referred to scaffold boards and walk boards - are materials used along scaffolding structures to facilitate safe working conditions at height. These boards are made from treated and finished wood, such as southern yellow pine or spruce. The popular sizes are 38x225x3900mm/6000mm, 40x235x3900mm/6000mm and 42x230x3900mm/6000mm. The length can be up to 12000mm. Compared with other materials’ scaffold planks, like steel plank, wooden plank reduces footstep noise and other sounds, and is very friendly to environment.
